Default UPS or USPS for Fragile items?

I'm going to order 72 glass solar cells off ebay. Seller offers UPS and USPS. This is about the most fragile thing you could ever possibly have shipped to you. Which method do you think has a better chance of making it intact? UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail? They are coming from Indiana to Ohio

No ground service. Although I would like to see you use USPS Priority Mail, you can also use UPS or FedEx as long as it isn't a ground method. Here's the thing. Many people tout that UPS & FedEx include $100 insurance in their rates. Although this is true, you have to read the fine print. Even USPS Insurance is not going to cover something that is so fragile that it is impossible to transport safely. If you really need to go through with this. I would strongly urge you to do two things.1) only pay via Paypal2) fund the Paypal payment with a Credit Card.Like I said, Insurance is not going to cover these things if they are as fragile as you say. Any claim will be denied because of inadequate packaging. At least if you use Paypal and a Credit Card, you will have recourse in the event of a loss due to breakage. You do not know how this seller is going to package these things and you have to protect your interests.Good Luck
