Why would yours be cheaper than what is already available? You'd have the same tax rates, import duties, oncosts and overheads as anyone else.Unless you're talking about smuggling?

I think you need to go to HM Revenue and Customs and check the customs and excise duties. I can't see it being much of a business if you pay whats neccesary

I agree, this doesn't really make sense because you'd be paying about the same price, if not a higher price after all the importing costs. On the other hand, if you are importing them from a country where they're much cheaper, like Ukraine maybe, then it might make sense. However, doing this is most likely not legal because countries generally have strict rules when it comes to tobacco. Still, you should definitely do some research if you're serious about this.
