Default Car Specifications Database?

Hello,Does anyone know of a database that has a huge listing of Car Details, including makes, models, specifications including torque and that sort of stuff. It would be best if it was Australian, however international database would be alright as well. And i am probably pushing my luck with this one, but does anyone know of a free solution as opposed to spending high hundreds or thousands of dollars on this database? if you only know of paid ones then list those. I am just unsure of where to start. Any solution that provides download able data would be great, eg CSV or something similar i can import into my own database. The issue with some of the sites is getting data in a usable form. My application is more of a commercial one. I am trying to come up with a big list of car information to import into my own database. and whilst msn provides good information, i would have to go through all of the cars to get the information which would take me months. Even with RSS the information i can get is very limited. Does anyone know of sites where they have an ability to get a big list of data, provide a web service or something similar?
