GTA 4 online help.?

I am importing the us version of Gta 4 on ps3. I know that ps3 is region free but will i be able to connect to Australian servers with the us version of the game? I have heard that maybe itll be all laggy. Need an answer please.(BEST ANSWER WINS)I am importing the us version of Gta 4 on ps3. well as long as you have the US copy of the game, it will connect to the US. servers, unless they're global servers, then it won't matter what country's game you buy. Either version could be laggy (360 and ps3) but it all depends who's in it. 360 runs off P2P servers (host controls connectivity pretty much) and ps3 runs off Dedicated servers from the servers in the publishers, so it all depends on the quality of who's hosting and from where......if you're playing in a ps3 room hosted by US then it might be a little more laggy.
