We use the same Google Data[1] extensions to Atom[2] as does the Email Settings API[3], plus a few extra properties. If you look at an exported file, you will see a <feed> outer element containing an <entry> element for each filter or canned response. The nested <category> element's term attribute will tell you which entry is a filter and which a canned response.
