From what i have read Ebay Australia takes around 200 million dollars out of this country EVERY year, all into a swiss bank account with no GST or INCOME tax paid Do you think it is right that they take so much out of the country every year without contributing to the society they are taking all the money from??? Don't you think it is worth supporting the Australian Auction Sites and giving the aussie sites a chance to build up so ebay is no longer a monopoly in this country ? FYI, I supportwww.oztion.com.au

I do not understand why people think like this? The world is becoming globalized and countries are becoming intertwined. Spending you money on another country only promotes worldwide growth which in terms helps us with trade.

Australia is isolating itself, although globalisation is more and more present. Look for example at the banana prices. Since the storm that distroyed the crops last year, the prices are high. The government doesn't care, no imports are allowed, instead, charging up to around AUD 16 per kilo banana.Anyway, in general, Australia is inefficient, its people are lazy and in many ways stupid.
