Default Can an Ontario landlord have a lease with a tenant that is based on the tenant's employment with the landlord?

For example, if I have a business and I meet a prospective tenant, can I rent a space to them (near the workplace) but have it in their rental agreement that they would have to vacate the rental unit if they were no longer employed by me?I own a business, and I also own rental property near the business. It would be convenient to be able to rent to this person if I also hire them. But I would want it so that they would be obligated to leave the unit if their employment ended.I have heard that this is done with farm workers, but that's not the business I'm in.Can this be done? Would this be legal? And where would I find legislation that pertains to this sort of thing? Thanks!

I'm not going to say yes or no on this, because it's too clearly the subject matter of legal advice......however, I will refer you to the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act, s.58(1)(3). (See link below)Have a good thorough read through the rest of the RTA, though, because there may be some additional requirements that I'm not aware of.
