Who do I contact to obtain a refund for gst and pst collected on US purchases which have been returned.?
I bought jewellery online from a US site. GST and PST was paid on the purchases to Fedex when they delivered the jewellery..-The jewellery has been returned. Now I need to get a refund for the taxes paid to the shipper. What site can I contact online to start the refund process.

You'll have to contact the GSToffice as well as your provincial PST office separately.I hope you have proof of re-export, I'm thinking that's what you need in this case.
